An Open Letter from GCAC CEO, Brad Moore

Anonymity is at the heart of the blockchain, a distributed ledger system where no one entity, i.e. a bank, has control. Information is validated by a series of nodes on the blockchain. These are called transactions, and they occur when third-party computers work together in a series of programming protocols. This decentralized approach works because anonymity protects against data breaches.

Cryptocurrency exists on the blockchain itself, not on one individual’s computer. Access to it is via a 256-bit private key which is generated when someone creates a crypto wallet. The baseline of all crypto-based transactions is a ‘trust’ which is guaranteed by this decentralized, anonymous approach. As such, the user’s wallet is the primary tool for any blockchain interaction.

By attesting growing steps and connecting them with consumer feedback, GCAC plans to create better engagement between thousands of consumers & companies. The high-value Ethereum wallet in each consumer Efixii app makes these engagements possible.

GCAC CEO, Brad Moore.

Launched in 2015, Ethereum’s main advantage over Bitcoin is that it allows individuals & companies to do much more than just transfer money between entities. Layer-2 scaling solutions are separate programming protocols that integrate into the Ethereum main net and result in increased transaction throughput and reduced transaction costs. These are key requirements for creating more practical real-world applications of blockchain.

In 2020 GCAC launched a decentralized app, Efixii, on its own Layer 2 Ethereum blockchain (including advanced security & roll-up technology) to deal with trust issues between cannabis cultivators and consumers regarding product quality. As shown in its patent[‘Tracking system for cultivated products and associated methods‘], this is currently the only use case in the world where blockchain protocols facilitate better cultivator-consumer interactions through increased transparency.

As cannabis itself is a plant, GCAC has now expanded into multiple agricultural markets. By attesting growing steps and connecting them with consumer feedback, GCAC plans to create better engagement between thousands of consumers & companies. The high-value Ethereum wallet in each consumer Efixii app makes these engagements possible.

Best Regards,
Brad Moore, Chief Executive Officer.
