On March 21, 2025, we entered into a Broadcasting and Content License Agreement with Balanced Veterans Network (BVN), a Pennsylvania-based 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to supporting over 10,000 active veterans and their families. This partnership strengthens CGTV’s content offerings, enhances our audience reach, and opens new revenue opportunities—all while aligning with our mission to deliver impactful, innovative media solutions.
A Strategic Collaboration
BVN brings a wealth of veteran-focused programming to CGTV, including:
- BVN Bowlside Chats: A podcast exploring alternative therapies, mental wellness, and personal development.
- Operation 1620: An initiative to educate veterans about medical cannabis and reduce stigma.
- BVN Events: Coverage of veteran-centric activities like seed drops and festivals.
This content will be available worldwide on CGTV, accessible via the web, Roku, Apple, Android, Fire TV, and more. BVN’s established community of 10,000 veterans provides a ready-made audience, amplifying CGTV’s visibility and engagement from day one.
Amplified Reach Through Promotion
BVN has committed to actively promoting CGTV across its robust digital and community platforms, including:
- Monthly features in email newsletters to its membership.
- Bi-monthly social media posts with CGTV content and calls-to-action.
- A promotional banner or link on BVN’s website (balancedveterans.org) and member portal.
- Mentions at BVN-hosted events to drive awareness of CGTV’s veteran-focused initiatives.
This marketing support ensures our platform gains traction within BVN’s engaged veteran network, setting the stage for long-term growth.
Revenue Potential
The partnership operates on an advertising and sponsorship-driven model. CGTV will embed ad spots within BVN content, splitting proceeds 50/50 with BVN (net of production costs). In the early stages, we may launch without ads to build viewership, but both parties are committed to maximizing monetization as the audience grows. Additionally, our innovative Uplift coupon program will offer advertisers a unique engagement tool, with BVN earning a 2.5% commission on redeemed coupon values attributed to its audience. This dual-revenue approach positions CGTV for scalability and profitability.
Key Terms
The agreement kicks off with a 12-month initial term, automatically renewing annually unless terminated with 30 days’ notice. BVN content will be stored on CGTV servers (up to 5 GB, with options to expand), ensuring efficient delivery to viewers.
