Part 1/3
On February 11, 2025, we sent an email (https://shorturl.at/3sSnW) announcing GCAC’s 2025 Battle Plan and committed to releasing the full document to investors. To provide clarity and align updates with corporate disclosures, we are breaking the release into three parts—each focused on one of our three core sales initiatives.
Today, we are sharing the first segment: The Op Nobis Initiative, which details our efforts to support Canadian veterans by improving access to medical cannabis through Citizen Green Ventures (CGV).
By structuring the Battle Plan release, we ensure:
- A comprehensive breakdown of each initiative.
- Alignment with press releases and Form 7 filings to provide a clear investment picture.
- A step-by-step outline of how GCAC is executing its strategy.
The next updates will cover:
- EMTRI Gram Giveaway
- Dispensary Upsell Program
Many of our previous announcements and projects are now part of the three initiatives that make up Battle Plan 2025. I encourage you all to refer back to our online Newsroom (https://newsroom.globalcompliance.app/) for further details as they show in the plan.
Op Nobis Initiative
Op Nobis (“For Us”) is a groundbreaking initiative under our 2025 Battle Plan designed to support Canadian veterans by offering a medically sound alternative to opioids through high-quality cannabis treatments. The program leverages our patented Efixii blockchain technology to record cannabis cultivation and collect valuable, anonymous feedback from veteran users. This feedback not only refines personalized product recommendations via our Prescriptii CannAi engine but also drives continuous product improvements.

Overview
- Veteran Onboarding & Assessment:
- Determination of Need: Veterans engage with our Prescriptii CannAi platform to assess their specific treatment requirements.
- Service Engagement: Veterans have two entry points:
- Direct Enrollment: Veterans who want to work with Citizen Green Ventures (CGV) independently.
- Clinic Partnership: Veterans are onboarded through established cannabis clinics—capturing an estimated 10% of the market that is not already engaged with clinics.
- Product Delivery & Tracking:
- Cannabis Supply: Veterans receive cannabis products sourced from our partner, Sana’a, a Licensed Producer whose cultivation data is recorded on the Efixii blockchain.
- Distribution: The initiative has begun distributing the initial 1,111 grams of cannabis through a series of gram giveaways. Although this giveaway program is still in progress (since many veterans already have access to free grams), it will continue until our targets are met.
- Feedback & Continuous Improvement:
- Anonymous Feedback: After using Sana’a cannabis, veterans provide feedback via the Citizen Green Uplift App.
- Data Integration: This feedback is fed into Prescriptii CannAi to enhance product recommendations for each veteran and inform Sana’a about product performance.
- Token Rewards: Veterans receive proprietary CGVet Tokens—created on the Efixii Layer 2 blockchain—for each piece of feedback. These tokens can be redeemed for discounts on cannabis products, merchandise, and events from participating Citizen Green partners.
- Uplift NFT Coupons: A special Op Nobis version of the Efixii Uplift app issues NFT coupons. Veterans claim these coupons and use their CGVet Tokens to redeem them in-store or online.
- Token Economics: Businesses accepting CGVet Tokens can offboard them to a Uniswap liquidity pool through GCAC’s USDC bridge. Investors can also purchase these tokens on Uniswap, with each token tied directly to specific feedback and associated cannabis purchases.
The Citizen Green Ventures (CGV) Hybrid Clinic Model
Citizen Green Ventures (CGV) is evolving in
to a hybrid clinic model that directly serves veterans:
- Value Proposition: CGV provides personalized care through on-staff doctors, psychologists, and veteran experts who guide veterans through their VAC (Veterans Affairs Canada) journey.
- Partnerships:
- With Sana’a: As announced in our definitive agreement, CGV partners with Sana’a to supply cannabis that is transparently tracked on the Efixii blockchain.
- With Athena: Through our involvement in the cannabis funding program, we are uniquely positioned to support veterans with approved claims and provide a full suite of services—from assessment and prescription to product delivery and feedback.
- Two-Pronged Business Approach:
- Independent Veterans: Veterans who prefer to work directly with CGV receive a tailored, technology-driven experience.
- Clinic Partnerships: CGV also collaborates with established cannabis clinics, capturing a broader market segment and delivering a net better result in patient management and product adoption.
- On-Staff Experts & Personalized Guidance: Veterans benefit from expert support and seamless access to prescribed cannabis, reducing reliance on opioids.
- Blockchain Transparency & AI-Driven Suggestions: Through verified product data and AI, veterans receive customized recommendations while providing valuable feedback that enhances the entire ecosystem.
- Rewards & Engagement: CGVet Tokens and Uplift NFT coupons incentivize active participation, ensuring that veterans not only receive care but also play a role in refining product quality.
Market Opportunity
The veteran marketplace in Canada is substantial, with estimates suggesting there are over 600,000 veterans nationwide. Research indicates that a significant segment—estimated at 20-30%—of Canadian veterans is exploring safer alternatives to opioids, including cannabis for chronic pain and other conditions. This presents a robust market opportunity for the Op Nobis initiative to expand our reach and deliver much-needed care while creating recurring revenue streams.
Revenue Models
- Blended Revenue Model: Revenue Projections are based on a blended revenue of CAD$3.05 per gram. This figure incorporates:
- The revenue from the $8.50 paid by Veterans Affairs Canada to Sana’a (less cost of products).
- The Efixii blockchain fee charged to Sana’a ($.15/gram)
- Additional Revenue Streams:
- Blockchain-Based Feedback: We monetize feedback on third-party products by creating a “light product story” on Efixii, providing an additional revenue source.
- Token Economics: The issuance and redemption of CGVet Tokens create further value, linking every token to actionable feedback and subsequent cannabis purchases.
Conclusion
Op Nobis is a transformative initiative that redefines veteran care in Canada by merging cutting-edge technology with personalized health services. Through our hybrid clinic model via Citizen Green Ventures, robust partnerships with Sana’a and Athena, and innovative use of blockchain and token economics, we are well-positioned to capture a significant share of the veteran market. By offering a differentiated value proposition and multiple avenues for engagement, Op Nobis not only addresses a critical health need but also creates a scalable, recurring revenue model for GCAC.
Thank you for your ongoing support as we drive forward with this innovative approach to veteran healthcare.
Sincerely,
GCAC Management
